Multi Stage Soccer Fitness Drill

This multi stage soccer fitness drill is designed around developing fitness using the soccer ball as well as other objects.  This drill puts the soccer player in positions to work on foot quickness with the agility ladder,  agility with sticks and hurdles. 

Part of this soccer drill developing the ability to shoot under fatigued conditions. As you watch this soccer fitness drill you will how this drill involves multiple players at the same time. Pay attention to the flow of the fitness drill, the positioning of the players and how the goalies participate in the soccer fitness drill.
