    This is a fun agility drill that will develop agility while requiring the soccer athlete to think. 

This Soccer Agility drill will help develop the ability to cut faster while  requiring the athlete to perform cutting motions. 

   

How to perform the drill:

Set up 9 cones including one in the middle. The cones should be evenly split around the outside of the center cone.  Each cone should be 3-5 yards from the center cone.  The soccer drill must be done at 100%.  The athlete starts in the middle then goes on their own count.  The object is to knock down all the cones without having to knock one down right next to the one that was just knocked down.  You will knock down all the cones except the middle one.  For a visual of this drill click on the picture below.
