Backwards to Forwards Soccer Agility Cone Drills
This soccer agility cone drill demands that the soccer player develop the ability to change from running backwards to running forwards.
In addition the soccer athlete must learn to cut correctly around the outside cone. Thus allowing the player to develop two qualities:
2) Changing from a backwards run to a forward run.

Each cone is 5 yards apart placed in a zig zag formation as you will see in the animation.
How to perform the Soccer agility drill:
