In this match related-technical activity the players will be working to develop possession skills.

 

Set-up

 

30 by 20 grid

4 cones to mark the outside corners of the playing field

4 players on offense

2 players on defense

1 ball

 

Rules of the possession Activity

 

The possession activity is the basic 4 v 2 set up.  There are some restrictions to this

 
activity.  Two touch possession,  offense can not play the ball to the same player consecutively.  The ball is out if it goes outside the lines. 

There is a corresponding animation that will allow you to see how the drill works with lifelike animation.  This drill was designed using CoachFX software.
